Professor Maracot, along with a naval captain and a scientist, are pulled into a deep-sea abyss, where they discover the lost city of Atlantis, inhabited by an advanced civilization.
However, this society is oppressed by a malevolent creature, they believe to be a god. The explorers help the Atlanteans defeat the creature, freeing the city from its influence and return to the surface, having experienced a truly extraordinary adventure.
